How to send us an inquiry
Complete the form on this page with your name, email address, and message. Select a reason and, if applicable, add a link to the guide. You must consent to data processing so we can handle your inquiry; this choice does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
You don’t need to create an account or subscribe. The website confirms when the email service has accepted your message. If sending cannot be confirmed, it displays an error and retains the fields so you can try again. You can also contact the Mérito Media group. Receipt of your message does not guarantee publication or a response within an unspecified timeframe.
Errors and editorial corrections
Provide the guide’s URL and the section or sentence, and explain what you consider incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. If you have a current public source, include its link and relevant explanation.
Selecting “Needs improvement” at the end of a guide helps prioritize a check, but it does not send a personal message or let us reply to you. For a specific request or correction, use the SelfChapter form.
Personal data and newsletter
To exercise your rights or ask about data processing, include “SelfChapter · Privacy,” the affected subscription address, and what you are requesting. Don’t attach identity documents unless they are necessary and requested in a proportionate manner.
To stop receiving the newsletter, use its unsubscribe link and confirm the action on the website. Clearing your browser or closing the invitation does not cancel a subscription. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the newsletter. The maps show the mailing address and do not indicate that in-person assistance is available.
Accessibility and technical issues
If you encounter a barrier, provide the page, the task you were trying to complete, your device and browser, and, if applicable, any assistive technology you use. Describe the expected result and what happened; a screenshot without private information may help.
For an issue with an organizer, don’t send a file containing private information. Describe the steps using fictitious data. The service does not receive or store on the server a copy of the values saved on your device.
Reuse, collaborations, and correspondence
For reproduction permissions or a possible infringement, identify the resource, its URL, the intended use, or the right affected. A quotation or link does not imply a universal transfer of rights.
Editorial and commercial proposals must be identified as such. You can also write to the organization’s mailing address shown on this page; it is not presented as an in-person service office.
